Co-Founder, CEO, and Board Member

Robert Levering believes that any company can become a great workplace and wants to work with others who share that aspiration. He co-founded Great Place to Work^® Institute in 1992 with Amy Lyman after having written 8 books (7 with Milton Moskowitz) as well as countless articles as a journalist about bad workplaces.

Managing Director and Vice President, Product Development

Ann Nadeau oversees the global headquarters operation of Great Place to Work^®, serving as a member of the company’s international management team. Ann is responsible for the teams that provide marketing, business development, product and operations support for the nearly 50 countries in which Great Place to Work operates.

Vice President, International Operations

Michael Burchell, Ed.D. is Vice President, International Operations at The Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. A member of the corporate team, Michael oversees business development of multinational clients across the affiliate network, and supports affiliate growth and development world-wide.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jose Tolovi, Jr. is Chairman of the Board of Great Place to Work^® overseeing affiliate relations and heading the Board’s Investment taskforce. He is an engineer with a Doctoral degree in management and spent several years teaching graduate courses in management.

Board Member

Jose Antonio Yazigi is a member of the board of directors at Great Place to Work^® Institute, Inc. He has partnered extensively with major corporations throughout the United States and Latin America in both consulting and business development capacities.

Co-Founder and Researcher/Writer

Amy Lyman is a co-founder of the Great Place to Work^® Institute.  During her tenure she developed the Institute’s consulting services in the United States, and oversaw the finance, legal and operational activities of the entire organization.

Senior Advisor

Antonieta Cinquini is a senior advisor at Great Place To Work^® Institute, helping affiliates around the world to achieve their objectives. She has been with Great Place to Work since its opening in Brazil in 1997 by helping organizations to improve their work environments.

Internal Communications Manager

Lexi Gibson is the Internal Communications Manager for the global headquarters team. She started her career with Great Place to Work^® in 2009 when she moved back to the States from Paris. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from The George Washington University in D.C. and a Master's degree in Global Communication from The American University of Paris.

Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator for the Great Place to Work^® Institute’s Global Training Team, Jacob Goldstein assists in the development and rollout of an interactive training program series to clients and worldwide affiliates.

He is also one of the lead editors and writers for Great Place to Work’s European and World’s Best list publications.

Chief Financial Officer

Harald Hansen is the CFO at Great Place to Work^®. He came from the technology industry and banking before that, with experiences in strategic planning, financial analysis, treasury, management reporting, accounting, compliance, cash management, investment portfolio, foreign exchange, risk management and derivatives.

Senior Staff Accountant

Tatia D. Hayes is Senior Staff Accountant at Great Place to Work^®. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, her role includes a mix of financial reporting, analysis, and daily interaction with business operations.

International webmaster

Arnaud Hubert is the International Web Producer for Great Place to Work's global marketing team. Born and raised near Paris, Arnaud studied literature at the Sorbonne's Université Paris IV, then began his career as as a journalist, writing for several French newspapers and magazines. He next brought his content and language skills to web production, assisting the launch of Yahoo! France.

Communications Director, EMEA

Bob Lee is Communications Director  with responsibility for Europe, Middle East, and Asia. His primary role is to represent Great Place to Work^® at conferences, workshops and higher-level training interventions throughout these regions.

International List Manager

Lorena Martinez is the International List Manager at the global headquarters of Great Place to Work^® Institute in San Francisco. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Psychology and has an HR consultant background in Multinational companies.

Global Manager, Marketing and Events

Charles Pelton is the Global Manager for Marketing and Events at Great Place to Work^®. A journalist and event producer by training, Charles is also a moderator, facilitator, editor and writer — not only in the fields of human resources and organizational development,

Global Client Relationship Manager, International Operations

Lenneke Persons is the Global Client Relationship Manager for international operations at Great Place to Work^®. Lenneke supports the network of country Great Place to Work affiliates (43 as of May, 2013) with their sales and business development efforts. Lenneke’s main focus is multinational clients and projects.
