Communications Director, EMEA

Bob Lee is Communications Director  with responsibility for Europe, Middle East, and Asia. His primary role is to represent Great Place to Work^® at conferences, workshops and higher-level training interventions throughout these regions.

As you might expect, Bob writes and lectures extensively, and makes frequent conference, TV, and radio appearances. He holds an MBA from the UCD Smurfit Business School, and is currently conducting extensive research into the management actions and attitudes that have the greatest impact on building - and destroying - workplace trust.

A native of Ireland, Bob is nominally based in our Dublin office but spends much of his time ‘on the road’. A long-running love affair with all-things-Italian explains why Bob and his wife Eileen purchased a small olive grove and vineyard in Frosinone, south of Rome, in 2004, where, with their four kids, they now spend much of their free time.
