Charles Pelton is the Global Manager for Marketing and Events at Great Place to Work^®. A journalist and event producer by training, Charles is also a moderator, facilitator, editor and writer — not only in the fields of human resources and organizational development,

but science, innovation and information technology. Charles’ teenage girls laugh at him when he tears up at movies; a habit continued every time he watches a video of inspired employees and managers at a Great Place to Work^® conference.

Charles loves to read literature, run half marathons, watch Premier League and international soccer, and listen to world (and U.S.) music.
