Director of International List Management

Otto Zell is the Director of International List Management at Great Place to Work^®, responsible for the production of the European, Latin American and World’s Best Workplaces Lists. An economist from Germany by training, Otto also delivers Best Workplaces List-related trainings to the Great Place to Work affiliate network. After working 6 years in the European office of Great Place to Work in Denmark, Otto transitioned with his family to San Francisco in November 2010.

Otto loves playing guitar and exploring Californian nature with his wife and three kids.
